The UK Forest Market Report 2026

Estate Forestry

Overview

Join us in London UK on 2nd December 2026 for the launch of the UK Forest Market Report 2026 – Estate Forestry: Managing for Value, Resilience and the Long-Term. Now in its 28th year, the UK Forest Market Report returns to London for an afternoon of market insight, expert discussion and networking with landowners, investors and forestry professionals.

Hosted by Tilhill Forestry and Goldcrest Land and Forestry Group, this year’s event will explore Estate Forestry, looking at how woodlands can be managed as part of a wider estate to deliver long-term commercial, environmental and generational value.

What to expect

The afternoon will explore:

  • the latest UK forestry market activity and investment trends
  • what good estate forestry looks like in practice
  • how productive woodland can support wider estate objectives
  • balancing timber, resilience, biodiversity and long-term value
  • the importance of active, professional woodland management
  • the decisions shaping the forests and estates of the future

Who should attend?

The event is designed for forestry and land investors, estate owners and managers, private woodland owners, rural professionals and forestry professionals.

Whether you already own forestry, manage woodland as part of a wider estate or are considering investment in the sector, the event offers a valuable opportunity to hear from experienced practitioners and understand the trends influencing forestry today.
